Learn multiple preservation techniques using spring's best ingredients: ramps + rhubarb. Students will learn about pickling, how to make compound butter, jam and syrups. Ingredients are subject to change pending availability.

Alison Cayne opened Haven’s Kitchen in 2012 because cooking is beneficial for our health, our farmers, our communities and our environment.

Initially a cooking school, the business eventually expanded to include a café, on-site and off-site private event services, and culinary consulting.
